Our History and Development

  • April 2018: Started lab-style operations in Ho Chi Minh City as the overseas base of Chuo Group.
  • June 2018: Introduced Japanese language training to develop personnel familiar with the Japanese architectural industry.
  • May 2019: Launched a specialized team with 2 local staff through recruitment and training.
  • August 2019: Expanded the team to 4 local members and began full operations.
  • December 2019: Began supporting the development of drawing teams for Japanese housing companies.
  • 2020–2022: Maintained stable remote operations between Japan and Vietnam despite the impact of COVID-19.
  • September 2021: Relocated and expanded the Ho Chi Minh office, growing to a 12-member team.
  • October 2023:

    Formally established as a local corporation in Vietnam

  • October 2024: Relocated and expanded again, strengthening the Ho Chi Minh office to a 20-member team.
  • June 2025 (Planned): Planned opening of a new office in Da Nang to enhance recruitment and training in central Vietnam
